Evoluzione Naturale

Evoluzione Naturale is an event organized by the Italian project of the same name.  This event captures the reality of winemaking to engage the public with the vital theme of "change." In an era dominated by the climate crisis, Evoluzione Naturale emphasizes the importance of reestablishing a harmonious relationship between humans and nature, advocating for indispensable sustainability on Earth. This project celebrates the ongoing quiet transition towards integrating ancient wisdom and methods across sectors to reposition Earth at the heart of human existence. Highlighting this shift, this annual event that takes place in Grottaglie, Puglia,  each year gathers sector professionals, as well as the general public . It showcases a rich array of activities centered on the artisanal wine production, a field garnering increasing interest but still largely undiscovered, underscoring the event's role in illuminating paths to sustainable living.
