The DOC Asolo Montello - Colli Asolani is part of the Veneto wine region, and covers the municipalities of Castelcucco, Cornuda and Monfumo, and part of Asolo, Borso del Grappa, Caerano S. Marco, Cavaso del Tomba, Crespano del Grappa, Crocetta del Montello, Fonte, Giavera del Montello, Maser, Montebelluna, Nervesa della Battaglia, Paderno del Grappa, Pederobba, Possagno, S. Zenone degli Ezzelini and Volpago del Montello, all in the Treviso province. Here, the Consorzio di Tutela Asolo Montello DOC, as well as the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Asolo Montello, are essential to ensure the high quality of the wines produced under the DOC, as well as to defend the interests of the region's producers.

Because the vineyards are oriented toward the south in this area, the temperatures are moderate. The normal temperature is 22.6 °C, and the typical annual rainfall is 700 mm.
